For students whose school fees receipts are not showing their payment breakdown.
Kindly return to the school portal.
AS A RETURNING STUDENT:
1. Login to your account using your matric number and password
2. Click on session registration
3. Input your RRR number and REGENERATE your receipt.
AS A NEW STUDENT
1. On the portal, click on Applicant and select Check Admissions Status
2. Type in your Application number and Application RRR number to log in
3. Select step 5 then REPRINT your receipt.
For students that have issues with payment amount I.e a situation where the amount on the invoice is greater or less than the amount showing at the bank.
Kindly go back to the school portal
As a returning student:
1. Login into ur account to generate another invoice.
2. Select the appropriate parameters - offering cisco? (yes/no), offering robotics (yes/no)
3. Confirm your selection
4. Click on Regenerate invoice (at the bottom of the page) and select YES
You will be presented with a nee invoice that reflects the appropriate amount and a new invoice number
