Notice to All ND PRESENTATION OF VALID STUDENT IDENTITY CARD AS A CONDITION FOR ACCESS TO EXAMINATION VENUES

This is to inform all students that, as part of the measures put in place to strengthen campus security and ensure proper identification during the Second Semester Examinations for the 2025/2026 Academic Session, the presentation of a valid Student Identity Card shall be a mandatory requirement for access to the campus and all examination venues with effect from Monday, 10th August, 2026.
Accordingly, no student without a valid Student Identity Card shall be granted access to the campus or permitted to sit for any examination. Students are therefore required to come to the campus with their valid Student Identity Cards, which must be worn conspicuously throughout the examination period.
Students are further informed that excuses relating to forgotten, misplaced, damaged, expired, temporary or uncollected Student Identity Cards shall not be entertained.
This directive takes effect from Monday, 10th August, 2026, and shall remain in force throughout the examination period. All students are required to comply strictly with this directive, while all members of staff concerned are hereby directed to ensure its full implementation and enforcement.
